Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

(a). Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Also, the made-to-order/ custom items may take a few days for shipping. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

2. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) or you may find it on your account. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Urbora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages

Urbora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We shall inform you of the courier partner.

Please make an unboxing video and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Free Shipping

For total orders, which order value is Rs.1000/- or more, free shipping is applicable. For orders of value, less than Rs.1000/- there will be an additional delivery cost of minimum Rs.49/- per order.

Free shipping is valid only for shipping within India.

(b). International Shipping Policy

Urbora does not provide any International Shipping Policy.

(c). Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

N.B. GST will be charged wherever applicable.
